Our Jarrah is from pristine native forest near Dwellingup in Western Australia. Jarrah is a unique honey as the trees which the bees forage on do not flower consistently each year, and are only found in small areas in pockets Western Australias south west.
When it does flower, the bees are able to produce a rich amber honey, which has some of the strongest antimicrobial properties in the world.
