Change of mind. 

 

You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the product. 

 

Shipping fees are non refundable. 

 

Items returned damaged, opened, with parts missing will not be accepted for return and will be disposed of.

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving a valid returned item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

 

If you received the incorrect item/s or the item is not as described you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your item is damaged on arrival, notify us as soon as you receive the item and do not proceed to use or consume it.

Please notify of faulty, damaged or missing items before returning via email to info@nectarhoney.com.au.

 

This policy is additional too, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
