Coastal Blackbutt Honey from the Gingin / Moore River area 80km North of Perth. Harvested in late summer 2022.

This batch is dark in colour and has a deep, rich flavour with savory notes. Ideal if your preferance is not for a very sweet tasting honey
 
Blackbutt is well known for its strong medicinal properties (lab results pending for this batch). 
 
Best enjoyed as it is daily. Or perfect as a finishing glaze for a BBQ.
