New at Nectar

Batch 35 - Lake Joondalup Paperbark (sold out)

Along the banks of Lake Joondalup in late spring there are fluffy white blooms of the Paperbark, or also known as Melaleuca trees. The nectar foraged from these flowers makes up the majority of the honey in the hives here on the bank of the lake, with a bit also coming from some of the various banksias in the area in early spring. The end result, is a fantastic sweet honey with a distinct woody scent as you open the jar and a light flavour.
