Batch 34 - Springtime on Neaves (sold out)

The fantastic Neaves road north of Perth is surrounded by all types of native blooms from Banksia Grove all the way to Bullsbrook. This batch celebrates those blooms at springtime. As our batch was harvested only a week ago, the red bottlebrushes can be seen in flower, each blossom full of bees collecting the nectar. The hives still have the banksia honey still in them from late winter. The resulting combo, along with smaller amounts of other flora in the area, makes a rich, dark honey with a great depth of flavour. Truly unique and delicious!
