New at Nectar

Batch 32 - Bindoon Powderbark (sold out)

The Eucalyptus Accedens, commonly known as Powderbark Wandoo, is found only in Western Australia and is distinguished from other native Eucalyptus by the powdery orange coating on its bark.

For a few months from December it produces bushy white flowers, from which the bees love to forage nectar. The resulting honey is dark, with a herbal, slightly liquorice aroma. It has a lovely aromatic, rich woody flavour. A uniquely WA honey. Harvested in March, we have held it back a few months, ready for you to enjoy now!
