Batch 30 - Julimar Wandoo

From the nectar of the Wandoo flowers in the Julimar State Forest, the bees have produced a honey with buttery, caramel notes that is warm & comforting. Wandoo is a Noongar name for white gum, a Eucalyptus with distinct white bark & beautiful yellow-white flowers. It produces the finest of WA honeys!

Our good friend Colin harvested this batch. This one will completely melt in your mouth, we can't wait for you to try it.
