Batch 29 - Wanneroo Botanical (sold out)

The honey from Paul's hives near the Botanic Gardens delivers every time! For this batch, the bees foraged on nectar primarily from the towering gum trees in the gardens, as well as numerous other late summer blooms. Harvested right at the end of summer, it has rich buttery caramel notes.
