Batch 28 - Eucalypt and Banksia (sold out)

Whiteman Park is another beautiful and iconic place in Perth. As a local it is always exciting to taste the honeys from these iconic locations as the flavours come to life all the more!

This late summer harvest was carefully collected by our friend Peter. It has a beautifully smooth, slightly woody flavour with caramel tones. When you taste it, it takes you on a flavour journey starting mild with a incredible caramel after taste. The bees foraged on the flowering gum trees and the first of the banksia flowers to create his tasty, light golden honey.
