Batch 26 - Mariginiup Moodjar (sold out)

During December the area around our Mariginiup apiary burst into flower with the bright yellow blooms of the Moodjar, or Australian Christmas Tree. The Australian Christmas Tree is an iconic bloom for a typical Western Australian Christmas. Its yellow-orange flowers can fill its branches and start to pop up in paddocks across the state from late November.

We are so excited to release this honey with its stunning golden tint from the native pollens and its beautiful flavour with caramel tones.

This batch was harvested by James, our main beekeeper and his brother (beekeeper-in-training) Dylan.
