Red Bottlebrush Honey
Harvested from the pristine forests of Dwelingup, WA in early summer. The bees foraged on the abundant nectar from the single sided red bottlebrush Calothamnus quadrifidus.
The honey produced from this nectar is uniquly West Australian. Very dark, resembling treacle in appearance and a little in flavour but very smooth. Its deep, rich taste can be enjoyed simply, or with its savory notes, is ideal for marinades and salad dressings.
Give it a try, its like no other honey we have tasted.
