Red Bottlebrush 1kg - Batch 45
Harvested from the pristine forests of Dwelingup, WA in early summer. The bees foraged on the abundant nectar from the single sided red bottlebrush Calothamnus quadrifidus.
The honey produced from this nectar is dark, resembling treacle in appearance and a little in flavour but very smooth. Its deep flavor profile makes it ideal for marinades, or serving with simple flavours so you can realy appreciate the tast of this rich honey.
Raw Honey - Crystallisation
All Nectar Honeys are all natural and completely raw. This makes them more susceptible to crystalisation. Don't worry though - crystalisation is reversible and is a perfectly normal process. If you receive a crystalised jar or your jar crystalises over time; simply tightly secure the lid and emerse the jar in a warm sink of water until the honey becomes runny once more.
