A bit about us.

At Nectar we are passionate about bringing the very best, natural, health promoting, native Aussie honeys to our local and international customers. Since our start a few years ago, community has always been at the center of what we do, we support local initiatives and we are excited to be growing our own Nectar community too. 


We are looking for someone who loves quality, healthy food, who strives for excellence in what they do and is excited to grow with us as we expand into new areas. 


A bit about you.

You are teachable, and keen to learn.

You have an eye for detail.

You are punctual, reliable and follow through on what you say.

You are a problem solver.

You can use a computer.

You can drive a car.

You are good with your hands and able to do practical work.

You are physically fit, and able to carry boxes of honey. 

You are happy working independently while being part of a team.


What you will be trusted with.

Operating our packing machine and other equipment.

Filling, preparing, capping and labeling honey and honey products. 

Preparing and packing orders for customers.

Dispatching orders, booking couriers, preparing freight labels and other paperwork.

Building beekeeping equipment / using tools for basic woodwork.

Cleaning up and other jobs as required.

Working safely.


A few more details.

Depending on your skills and passion there may be other opportunities for advancement as we grow our business. This may include areas such as; social media, marketing, graphic design, beekeeping, accounting and bookkeeping, photography and videography. We would love to chat more if any of these things inspire you.


Flexible 6-10 hours per week, across 2 days. Availability on Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday mornings is preferable, though may not be essential.
