Choc-Weetbix Balls

These super yummy treats are free from refined sugar and made with all healthy fats and carbs. .

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sultanas

1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

3 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp coconut oil, softened

2 weetbix

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp honey

 

For Rolling

100g desiccated coconut

Method

PREP TIME - 10 minutes

MAKES - 5 balls

1. Using a blender, combine all ingredients until the mixture is a soft fudge consistency. If the ingredients aren't coming together or are too dry add a some water a little at a time as required.

2. With wet hands roll the mixture in your hands into snack sized balls and immediately roll in desiccated coconut.

​

3. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving (if you can hold off eating them for that long!).
