Batch 39 - Bullsbrook Outback
A summer harvest from our hives tucked in the bush, just outside Bullsbrook. The nectar the bees foraged for this batch is a mixed bag of the native flowers from late spring to mid summer. The resulting honey is fairly light is colour and taste, with soft woody hints. It makes the perfect addition to cool summery drinks, or iced teas.

Batch 38 - Wanneroo Botanical
Another amazingly tasty batch from the Botanical Gardens at Wanneroo. This is a dark honey with warm, liquorice tones about it. The nectar foraged by the bees comes from a variety of flora in and around the gardens, with a good amount of red gum in it, which was just beginning to bloom before this batch was harvested. The rich flavour of this batch makes it perfect for making healthy cereal bars (check out the recipe section for the ones we made!).
